Return/Exchange Policy

We value our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us.

You may return any unused merchandise with the original receipt or photo copy within 30 days of purchase.

Returns arriving after 45 days of purchase will not be accepted.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (R.M.A.)

Prior to returning merchandise you must submit a customer service request form. (C.S.R.)

Returns will be processed and credit issued within 30 days of shipping date less shipping & handling.

Customized, altered, or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale or clearance items may be exchanged for merchandise of greater / equal value or store credit.

All exchanges require an Exchanged Merchandise Authorization number (E.M.A)
